1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Manifest (do369.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Your continued use of Manifest constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Service and any modifications thereto.

The service is accessible through the website do369.com and may include but is not limited to educational content, interactive features, and user-generated content functionalities.

3. User Accounts

By subscribing to Manifest, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription. The initial charge will occur upon subscription initiation, and subsequent charges will occur on the same date each month.

4.2 Payment Methods and Billing

You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete billing information. You authorize Manifest to charge the payment method you provide for the monthly subscription fee and any other charges incurred in connection with your use of the service. If your payment method is declined or fails, you remain responsible for any amounts due, and we may suspend or terminate your access to Manifest until payment is received.

4.3 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycles after you submit your cancellation request. If you cancel during a billing cycle, you will retain access to Manifest until the end of that billing cycle.

4.4 Refund Policy

Manifest does not offer refunds for partial months of service or unused portions of your subscription. Once a monthly charge has been processed, it is final and non-refundable. However, if you believe you have been charged in error, please contact our support team within thirty (30) days of the charge, and we will investigate your claim and make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter.

Refunds, if issued, will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within ten (10) business days. Manifest reserves the right to deny refund requests made more than thirty (30) days after the initial charge.

4.5 Price Changes

Manifest reserves the right to change the subscription fee at any time. We will provide you with at least thirty (30) days' notice of any price increase. Your continued use of Manifest after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the new price. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the new rate takes effect.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on Manifest, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and other materials, is the property of Manifest or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Manifest for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content obtained from Manifest without the prior written consent of Manifest or the applicable copyright holder. You may not use any content from Manifest for commercial purposes without express written permission.

Any trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand names displayed on Manifest are the property of their respective owners. You may not use these marks without the prior written consent of their owners.

6. User-Generated Content

If Manifest allows you to submit, upload, or generate content through the platform, you retain ownership of such content.
